No clean national list of independent play cafes existed. Parents searched Google, tried three closed listings, and gave up. Owners watched customers drive past because a directory somewhere said they were still “coming soon” two years after opening. I run a play cafe. I needed this record for my own customers, and it turned out every other owner needed it too. So I built it — one verified entry at a time.

A verified, maintained directory of independent play cafes across the United States. Every entry has a real address, real hours, and a real owner attached. Listings are reviewed before they go live and re-checked when hours, events, or status change. Owners can claim their entry for free and post events directly. Everything else is maintained by hand.

Not Yelp. No star ratings. No anonymous reviews. No paid placement, no boosted results, no algorithm deciding which cafes parents see first. Owners are neighbors, not line items. The registry ranks nothing — it just keeps the record straight so parents can find you and you can get on with the day.
